This role involves performing essential duties satisfactorily, including greeting and checking in guests, assisting with guest needs, maintaining room status, assisting with reservations, and acting as an ambassador for Lanier Islands by helping guests with other island activities. The agent will also communicate with superiors and co-workers regarding guest rooms, requests, and maintenance issues, utilizing a daily log book for coordination.
