About The Position

THIS POSITION DOES NOT HAVE ANY EXPECTATION OF A SET SCHEDULE OR GUARANTEE OF HOURS. SHIFTS WILL BE POSTED TO THE GROUP OF FLEX FRONT DESK AGENTS ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS AND CAN BE ACCEPTED AS YOUR AVAILABILITY ALLOWS. The pay for this part-time position is $20 per hour. Ultimately, your priority is to make our residents feel at home simply by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation. We frequently interview and hire for multiple properties, so location details, individual pay rates, and specific schedules can be discussed in the interview process. If we don't contact you right away, we'll have your information on file for our next round of interviews, so you only need to apply once. All employees must be legal to work in the US. Re-hire eligibility for former employees is determined by past employment performance and/or status.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with your team members, property management, and residents/guests.
• Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring deliveries are delivered to residents efficiently.
• Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor/potential homebuyer/renter visits.
• Advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
• Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
• Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
• Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with the residents.
