About The Position

THIS POSITION DOES NOT HAVE ANY EXPECTATION OF A SET SCHEDULE OR GUARANTEE OF HOURS. SHIFTS WILL BE POSTED TO THE GROUP OF FLEX FRONT DESK AGENTS ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS AND CAN BE ACCEPTED AS YOUR AVAILABILITY ALLOWS. The pay rate for this position is $17.00 per hour. We frequently interview and hire for multiple properties, so location details, individual pay rates, and specific schedules can be discussed in the interview process. If we don't contact you right away, we'll have your information on file for our next round of interviews, so you only need to apply once. All employees must be authorized to work in the United States. Re-hire eligibility for former employees is determined by past employment performance and/or status. At the time of this ad, the compensation offered is $17 per hour. That reflects the rate offered for this position in the past.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with your team members, property management, and residents/guests.
• Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring efficient delivery to residents.
• Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures and realtor/potential homebuyer/renter visits.
• Advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
• Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
• Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
• Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with the residents.
