Hotel McCoy Tucson is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join their team. This role extends beyond typical front desk duties, appealing to individuals who enjoy guest interaction, hospitality, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a creative, community-driven hotel setting and is comfortable taking on various tasks.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Must obtain Title 4 Certification (Arizona alcohol service) prior to hire
- Must obtain a Food Handler’s Card prior to hire
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out
- Assisting guests with reservations, questions, and local recommendations
- Bartending (beer and wine service) in our lobby/bar area
- Preparing simple food items, including grilled cheese
- Maintaining a welcoming, clean, and engaging front desk and common area
