The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and communicating cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel. This role also involves assisting in pre-registration and blocking of reservations, accurately posting all charges, and managing cash handling. The agent will utilize the Front Office computer or manual system, handle same-day reservations efficiently, and understand hotel rates and discounts.
