The core mission of the Front Desk Agent is to ensure all guests enjoy a friendly arrival and departure experience, while addressing all needs and requests in a timely, efficient and hospitable manner. This role is part-time and requires a "Can-Do" attitude, excellent communication and guest service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for check-in/out efficiency, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of room rates and promotions, and handling incoming mail.
