About The Position
The Front Desk Agent at The Resort at Longboat Key Club is responsible for providing exception customer service to guests, checking them in/out, and assisting with any inquiries or requests they may have. The Resort at Longboat Key Club is a luxury resort located in Longboat Key, Florida. It offers world-class amenities and a stunning beachfront location for guests to enjoy. Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
