What You’ll Do As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in shaping their stay:

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred (hospitality is a plus!)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable using computers and managing multiple tasks at once
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you connect easily with people
  • Highly organized with solid time management abilities
  • Professional appearance and commitment to high personal standards
  • Ability to stay active throughout shifts, including walking, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth while managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Handle reservations, including walk-ins, relocations, and advance bookings with accuracy
  • Collect and process payment information while maintaining strict credit card security standards
  • Provide clear information about hotel policies, amenities, and local area recommendations
  • Respond quickly and effectively to guest requests, concerns, and maintenance needs
  • Maintain organized and accurate reservation records
  • Support overall hotel operations by assisting housekeeping or laundry when needed
  • Keep the front desk and work areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Track and report minor maintenance issues and lost-and-found items
  • Communicate proactively with management to ensure smooth daily operations
