About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent who can work of 3PM-11PM to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Requirements

  • Strong background in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address guest concerns efficiently.
  • Weekends mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage reservations and maintain accurate records using hotel management software.
  • Operate phone systems to respond to calls promptly and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
  • Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures accurately.
  • Provide local information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
