The hotel is centrally located on Boston’s North Shore, near Salem, Gloucester, Rockport, and Cape Ann, offering guests access to local attractions and Boston's culture. It features 183 rooms, 10,000 sq. ft. event space, and the Ithaki Modern Mediterranean Restaurant. In this role, the Front Desk Agent will warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their stay, working with the front desk team to ensure guest satisfaction and create remarkable and seamless experiences from arrival, leaving a lasting impression.

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• One year of experience working in customers service or a guest-facing role required
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel

Nice To Haves

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred
• Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus
