Requirements

Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with hotel management software is a plus

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications promptly
Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues professionally
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and payments
Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures to maintain security and safety standards
