About The Position

The Front Desk Agent, referred to as a Guest Experience Expert, is responsible for creating memorable and unique experiences for guests beyond just check-in and check-out. This role involves delivering a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local area highlights. Critical aspects of the role include maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. The position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to be on one's feet and moving for extended periods.
