The core mission of the Front Desk Agent is to ensure all guests enjoy a friendly arrival and departure experience, while addressing all needs and requests in a timely, efficient and hospitable manner. The MCR standard is to provide clean, friendly, well-organized and safe hotels for our guests. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, ensuring guest satisfaction, product consistency, and teamwork. Duties include greeting guests, using guest names, handling challenging situations, understanding hotel features, managing incoming calls, maintaining clean workspaces, assisting with cleaning as needed, completing operational checklists, accurate shift handover reports, wearing a flawless uniform, communicating professionally, and demonstrating a can-do attitude.
