About The Position

Builds a first impression for the guests by providing punctual, courteous and efficient handling of requests, including check-in and checkout, cashier registers, and answering calls.

Requirements

  • Prioritize and organize work
  • Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • Availability for flexible scheduling
  • Communicate in the English language

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and sincere manner
  • Checking guests in and out in a professional manner
  • Complete the registration process working with a computer system
  • Count money accurately and handle cash, cards, checks, and vouchers, vigilantly
  • Provide concierge services
  • Transmit and receive messages using a telephone
  • Provide satisfactory overall customer service
  • Be of assistance to the Bellperson/Shuttle Driver
  • Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Provide or obtain accurate information
  • Other duties as assigned by management
