About The Position
Moodreact is a full-service maintenance company supporting homes and businesses with expert electricians, appliance repair technicians, plumbers, and skilled general labor teams. We handle the tough jobs, the technical work, and the details others overlook—always with professionalism, safety, and efficiency in mind. We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support while assisting with daily office operations. The ideal candidate will help customers with inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure a positive service experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
