About The Position
The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking a creative, skilled, guest-focused front desk agent to join their fun-spirited team! The 250+ room hotel, with nearly 5,000 square feet of meeting space, is conveniently located for business and leisure travelers. Our property is just a short drive from the world-famous Mall of America. We're a full-service, modern American restaurant with creative Food and Beverage offerings with a Minnesota twist. Other amenities include our indoor, heated junior Olympic-sized pool, whirlpool, and 24-hour fitness center, as well as a recent, complete property remodel with a local Minnesotan theme. Requirements
- Must be able to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role is required
- Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel
Nice To Haves
- One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred
- Previous experience with hotel FSPMS systems is a plus
