About The Position

The Front Desk Agent is the welcoming face of Inn at Cape Kiwanda. This role creates memorable first and lasting impressions, ensuring every guest feels seen, valued, and inspired from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, managing reservations, delivering personalized service, providing local insight, and helping create the experience for all who walk through the doors.

Requirements

• Previous front desk, guest service, or hospitality experience preferred
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A love of hospitality, problem-solving, and creating unforgettable moments
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A valid Oregon Food Handlers permit
• Strong computer skills; knowledge of hospitality systems is a plus
• A personal interest in the outdoors, wellness, or active lifestyles
