Requirements

• Enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service
• Have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team
• Pay attention to details and take pride in doing things accurately
• Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Can communicate effectively in English
• Are available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but it is not required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a warm, friendly smile
• Checking guests in and out efficiently
• Answering phone calls and assisting guests with questions
• Recommending resort amenities, activities, and local attractions
• Helping resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Processing reservations, room charges, and payments accurately
• Renting recreational equipment and assisting with retail purchases
• Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Completing daily front desk responsibilities and maintaining an organized work area
