About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Front Desk Agent at Mauna Lani Point located in Kamuela, Hawaii. Requirements

• Effective verbal and written communication skills required
• Computer literate and ability to be trained on operational systems
• Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process with accuracy
• Professional and polite phone etiquitte
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail
• Confidently able to work well with team members
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
• Ability to uphold resort policies and procedures to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests
• Flexibility for scheduling needs

Nice To Haves

• Valid HI state Driver's License and acceptable driving record preferred
• 1 to 2 years prior experience in front desk functions at hotel/resort preferred

Responsibilities

• The Front Desk Agent is responsible for the guest registration process and communication of property services.
• They establish positive, initial contact with our homeowners and guests to ensure their expectations are exceeded during the check-in and check-out process.
