About The Position

The Front Desk Associate at Horizon Pass Lodge in Beaver Creek - Bachelor Gulch is the face of the hotel, greeting guests, checking in and out, and ensuring a memorable stay for every guest. Previous hospitality experience is preferred; a valid US driver’s license, professional appearance, and strong organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Open front desk and lobby each morning, review arrivals and departures, update housekeeping report.
• Check guests in and out, conduct pre-arrival communications, and follow up with guests after arrival.
• Conduct daily inspections of managed condominium units, logging inspection dates and reporting issues found.
• Provide assistance to homeowners and guests in person and on the phone.
• Newspaper and package delivery
• Assist with projects
• Other duties as assigned
