Front Desk Agent Attitash Village – Bartlett, NH Part of the Berry Companies family of resorts. This isn't just another Front Desk job. Attitash Mountain Village is in the middle of one of the most exciting transformations in its history, and we're looking for energetic, guest-focused people who want to help shape the future of our resort. Over the next several years, our resort is undergoing a multi-million-dollar renovation and rebranding project that includes: Beautifully renovated guest rooms and vacation homes, Exterior renovations to every building throughout the resort, New landscaping and property improvements, A completely refreshed resort identity with new logos, signage, and branding, Continued investments in guest amenities and the overall guest experience. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with exceptional hospitality
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Make, modify, and cancel reservations
- Answer phones and assist with reservation inquiries
- Recommend local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to resolve guest issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Keep the Front Desk and lobby welcoming and organized
- Help create memorable vacations that keep guests coming back
