About The Position
The Wine Valley Inn in Solvang is hiring a part-time Front Desk Agent/Guest Service Agent. Qualified applicants will have excellent and clear communication skills with a passion for customer service in a hotel setting. Candidate must be able to work weekends and must be flexible to work AM and PM shifts. This is a position that will also learn to be Breakfast Attendant, could lead to full time employment.

- Ability to multi task: answer phones, greet guests, direct people
- A good knowledge of area to assist guest with driving directions, restaurant recommendations, shopping, wineries and breweries in area, transportation, etc.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests with a smile upon arrival or departure
- Answering telephones, taking reservations, directions
- Cashiering and Concierge services
- Ability to fulfill guests requests such as wake up calls, forgotten amenities
- Ability to listen to guest concerns and document any maintenance issues or special requests brought to your attention.
