The Front Desk Agent is responsible for cordially greeting and communicating with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel. This role involves managing reservations, accurately handling cash and credit card payments, and possessing a complete working knowledge of the Front Office computer or manual system. The agent will also assist with pre-registration and blocking reservations, review special requests, and be knowledgeable about hotel rates and discounts.
