About The Position

We are seeking a professional, service-driven Front Desk Agent to join our team and serve as the face of our hotel. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while efficiently managing check-in, check-out, guest inquiries, and guest requests. This role plays a critical part in shaping first and last impressions of the hotel experience.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity
  • Hearing, writing, typing
  • Minimum lifting/pulling of 20 pounds
  • Standing for majority of shift
  • High school education required

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming arrival experience
  • Prepare for and acknowledge our loyalty members and return guests
  • Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
  • Handle room assignments, special requests, and upgrades
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain accurate billing and cash handling procedures
  • Promote hotel amenities, outlets, and local experiences
