The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing all services required by Assembly guests as it pertains to the lodging department and facilitating those needs concerning other departments. This role involves assisting registered and registering guests, creating reservations, maintaining guest accounts, handling billing, and facilitating front desk and retail interactions hospitably, accurately, and efficiently. The position requires honesty, reliability, and promptness in assisting guests. The Front Desk Agent must also comply with all safety policies and report unsafe activities.
