About The Position

Do you find joy in making lasting memories for others? We invite you to join our caring family at Cragun’s Resort on Gull Lake as a Front Desk Agent! Our front desk team is not just the first and last point of contact for our guests; we are the warm welcome and the heartfelt farewell. We play a crucial role in ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated during their stay. Options for part-time and full-time schedules are available. Hiring for 3PM – 11PM shift and weekend availability is a must.

Requirements

A positive, “Guest First” attitude, fueled by a true passion for customer service.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage the busy pace of the front desk.
A friendly, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor that uplifts everyone's spirits.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
Comfortable communicating on the phone, as it’s an important part of connecting with our guests.

Nice To Haves

Previous hospitality experience is a bonus but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet and register guests upon their arrival, making them feel at home.
Be attentive to special requests and do our best to accommodate them.
Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs to ensure a smooth experience.
Handle cash and credit card transactions with care, adhering to proper cash-handling procedures.
Maintain accurate room status and tracking, always keeping our guests' needs at heart.
Provide insightful information about room types, rates, and resort amenities to guide our guests in making informed choices.
Offer options and alternatives to ensure every guest’s needs are met.
Ensure the security of guest room keys with a focus on trust and safety.
Answer guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
