Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A friendly, approachable attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction

Nice To Haves

  • additional hospitality training is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Process payments and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions securely
  • Follow all safety and security procedures to protect guests and staff
