The Front Desk Agent is expected to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores, handle challenging situations with hospitality, and possess strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities. They must also understand relevant technology, maintain excellent phone etiquette, and ensure all operational checklists are completed accurately. A flawless uniform and a positive, collaborative attitude are essential.
