About The Position

We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play an important role in creating memorable stays and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for. Requirements

  • Must be available to work flexible shifts, including both 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
  • Weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Flexibility is essential, as schedules may vary based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred.
  • Experience with hotel reservation or property management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Outstanding Guest Service: Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude. Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs. Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Help create memorable guest experiences through personalized service.
  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries. Process reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions accurately. Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy. Assist with balancing cash drawers and completing shift-related reports when required.
  • Support Hotel Operations: Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams. Assist with resolving guest issues and operational challenges. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area. Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Ensure Guest Safety and Satisfaction: Monitor hotel activity and report concerns appropriately. Assist with emergency procedures and guest needs when necessary. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
