This role also involves generating and distributing daily reports and resolving discrepancies with the Housekeeping department. The position requires availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. The agent will provide superior guest services, including checking guests in and out courteously and efficiently, processing payments, and offering information and services in a friendly and professional manner.
