About The Position

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities include check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail help create a welcoming and seamless guest experience.

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
  • A warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG’s Culture of Excellence
  • A combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Hotel experience is always a plus!
  • Prior hotel front desk/night auditor experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly and attentive face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay.
  • Check guests in and out, answer inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
  • Create a welcoming and seamless guest experience through a friendly demeanor and attention to detail.
