The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing superior guest services, including courteously and efficiently checking hotel guests in and out, processing all payments according to established hotel requirements, and providing information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner. This role requires availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. The agent will also handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, manage check-ins and check-outs, adhere to payment and cash handling policies, generate daily reports, and resolve discrepancies with Housekeeping.
