About The Position
The Holiday Inn Express, Paso Robles is seeking a flexible full-time Front Desk Agent/Guest Service Agent who will offer exceptional customer service to all guests from initial phone call to check in to check out and everything in between. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and communicate clearly and effectively to guests and coworkers. This position also drives to and from the airport in company vehicle, so a valid clean drivers license is required.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to guests and coworkers.
- Valid clean driver's license.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to speak clearly on the telephone.
- Ability to see/read computer screen.
