About The Position

The front desk agent at Caravan Court facilitates guest request completion and oversees the daily check in and check out process for hotel guests. We are looking for team members who are ready to be empowered to go above and beyond. Our hotels are unique, and we are looking for outstanding talent to provide exceptional customer service to our team. Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities
• Effective computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Hotel or Office administration experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Log all guest requests into portal
• Communicate updates and correspondence with guests
• Perform check in and check out tasks according to hotel standards
• Complete daily front desk checklist
• Adhere to core standards
• Anticipate and attend to guest needs
• Report all incidents according to company guidelines
• Store guest luggage and document appropriately
• Receive and guest packages
• Administer lost and found per company guidelines
• Attend and contribute to department meetings
• Participate in cross training
• Complete all required trainings
• Facilitate all internal communications and follow up accordingly
• Run all reports necessary to the operation
• Complete full shift pass on reports
• Adhere to all safety and security guideline
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
• Display courteous behavior with guests and team members
• Report any unsafe conditions immediately
• Ensure hotel equipment is in proper working condition
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
