About The Position

We’re looking for a dedicated Front Desk Administrator to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice!
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a dental clinic setting preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental insurance.
- Proficiency in computer systems and dental office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist patients with insurance verification and claims processing.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with sufficient stock of office supplies.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and office operations.
