Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • 1-2+ years of administrative or reception experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Team player who can also work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and answer calls with professionalism and a smile.
  • Support insurance operations by processing certificate of insurance requests, routing documents, and managing mail.
  • Keep the office running efficiently by managing supplies, maintaining spaces, and assisting with coordinated events.
  • Take on special projects and ad hoc tasks to support the team.
