About The Position

Serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, staff, and stakeholders, delivering professional front office and administrative support. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing communications, coordinating activities, and supporting leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of professional office experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard HR/administrative systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and greet visitors
  • Answer phones and coordinate communications
  • Support onboarding and administrative processes
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Assist leadership with administrative tasks
  • Track personnel and training information
