The Montana Department of Transportation is recruiting an Administrative Assistant to support the Missoula Division office. Responsibilities involve customer service and communications, including front desk receptionist and Adopt-A-Highway coordinator. The position also provides a range of responsibilities involving accounts payable, procurement card transactions, and accounts receivables. Backup duties may include payroll/personnel and radio dispatch as needed. The position generally covers MDT's core public hours.
