This position, under the direction of the ELC Director, is responsible for assisting in the administrative or support operations of the Early Learning Center (Quincy or Hanover) which will include promoting the YMCA mission, core values and encouraging life-long learning. This position is expected to greet current and prospective families to the ELC, schedule/facilitate tours and understand the overall philosophy of the ELC, enrollment process and classroom routines. Candidates must be reliable, self-motivated, creative team players with strong organizational skills and an attention to detail. This position is responsible for providing community leadership for family and child development and leadership collaborations. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate high quality member service to both internal and external program participants, families, members, and volunteers to ensure member involvement, service and retention, as well as articulate and model YMCA’s four core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
