About The Position

Holy Trinity School is seeking a faith-filled, organized, and welcoming individual to serve as their full-time Front Desk Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to the Principal. As the first point of contact for the school, this person plays a vital role in creating a warm, Christ-centered environment for students, families, and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and understand/support the mission of Catholic education and the formation of young people in faith and virtue.

  • Ability to multitask in a busy school environment
  • Proficiency with basic office technology (email, documents, spreadsheets)

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with warmth, professionalism, and Christian charity
  • Answer phone calls, manage emails, and oversee daily front office communications
  • Maintain student records, attendance, and office organization
  • Assist with school events, scheduling, and daily operations
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Principal
  • Model and uphold the values and mission of Catholic education in all interactions
