About The Position

Curtis Lumber is seeking experienced and hard-working individuals to join their team of Sales Associates on the front end at their Ballston Spa store. As a Counter Sales associate, you will be responsible for the upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance, and restocking of the main store and front end. You will also intercept phone calls, build quotes and orders for pick-up or delivery, and assist customers with all their needs as they enter the store. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging in face-to-face, phone, and electronic sales, utilizing exceptional customer service and sales skills to meet or exceed company sales and margin goals.
