About The Position

The Friend and Family Sales Associate contributes to store sales and KPI targets by modeling Under Armour brand values and providing Athletes with a unique experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role executes routine duties that support store operations. The position includes direct sales assistance, modeling the UA service culture, communicating brand messages according to the UA Service Model, maintaining merchandise and floor-set standards, complying with company policies, and collaborating with teammates to achieve store goals.

Requirements

• 0–3 months of experience working in a sports, apparel, and footwear retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to handle or relocate products weighing up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Ability to move about for extended periods with short breaks while handling products.
• Ability to access all areas of the store, including the selling floor, stock area, and register area.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct sales assistance to Athletes to meet sales KPI targets set by the Retail Store Manager.
• Model the UA service culture and customer expectations.
• Communicate brand messages according to the UA Service Model when assisting Athletes.
• Maintain merchandise and floor-set standards.
• Comply with Under Armour policies and procedures.
• Adhere to Under Armour’s dress code and attendance policies, including working scheduled hours.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
