Frictionless Markets (Concessions) Food Services Worker - Intuit Dome

Founded in Chicago 40 years ago as a Delicatessen, Levy now finds itself as a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry across 200 plus Entertainment, Sports, and Restaurant venues across the country. This position reports to Frictionless Markets Management for 310 Provisions at Intuit Dome. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service, and market stand facilities.
Requirements
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Ability to adapt and learn new technology/ programs
- Service-oriented and willing to help patrons
- Customer service skills to maintain positive customer relationships, encourage customer loyalty and resolve conflicts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
- Attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory and transaction records
- Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales
- Basic PC knowledge
- Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess or able to obtain a valid CA alcohol Responsible Beverage Service servers' permit.
- Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.

Responsibilities
- Enters all sales in AiF to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
- Makes changes on iPad to ensure fan includes payment card in the Intuit Dome App.
- Follows standard procedures for issuing frictionless transaction disputes.
- Interacts with fans and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Observes customer purchases in the stand line and differentiates between standard portions.
- Replenishes and stocks condiments, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
- Keeps beverage case stocked.
- Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory procedures.
- Ensures compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
