What You’ll Do As a Fresh Account Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional execution and customer service throughout the order-to-delivery process. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers and account managers, taking ownership of customer orders from initiation through successful delivery while ensuring proactive communication and timely issue resolution. This is a highly execution-focused role where workload is constant, priorities shift quickly, and no two days look the same. Success comes from your ability to stay organized under pressure, communicate effectively across teams, and proactively solve problems before they impact the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of professional experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing workloads and shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to speak up when escalation is needed
  • Experience supporting sales, customer accounts, supply chain, operations, or related business functions preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment and delivery execution
  • Ensure pricing accuracy, order accuracy, and timely processing of customer requests
  • Coordinate logistics activities and communicate order updates with customers, sales teams, operations, and supply chain partners
  • Monitor service levels and proactively identify risks that may impact customer business operations
  • Resolve service-related issues quickly while supporting service recovery efforts when needed
  • Escalate issues appropriately and communicate effectively to drive timely resolution
  • Support customer setup activities and maintain accurate customer documentation
  • Maintain quality, complaint, and service-related records with a high level of accuracy
  • Balance multiple priorities and independently manage assigned workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Build strong internal and external relationships that support customer trust and satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution across the order-to-delivery lifecycle
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and operational efficiencies across the business
