About The Position

As a Department Manager, you will lead and support your team while driving operational excellence within your area of responsibility. Whether overseeing merchandising, inventory management, product quality, receiving shipments, or customer service, you will help create an environment where customers can easily find what they need and enjoy a positive shopping experience. In this role, you will be helping to develop your team, achieve business goals, and build strong relationships with customers.
