Responsibilities

• Maintain freight inventory through inspecting and verifying correct freight label information (vendor stock number, description) on labels, comparing label to freight contents or reports, and placing labels in appropriate areas on freight.
• Process store orders through pulling merchandise using computer-generated labels, stacking onto pallets, and transporting manually with a pallet jack or using power equipment.
• Maintain freight inventory by inspecting freight for damage and misplacement (e.g., strays).
• Maintain records, logs, and forms.
