Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant and recent experience in Freight Forwarding Operations and Customer Service
- Graduate in any field
- Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage international air import shipments from origin to destination
- Receive and process shipping documents such as: Air Waybill (AWB), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (if applicable)
- Communicate with overseas agents, airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customers
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers
- Prepare and verify import documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, aviation security requirements, and company policies
- Coordinate with customs authorities for cargo release
- Resolve shipment issues such as delays, damaged cargo, or missing documentation
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update the freight management system
- Verify freight charges, invoices, and operational costs
- Support customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Arrange cargo arrival, customs clearance, and final delivery
