About The Position

This position is responsible for managing inventory flow, operating a forklift, and providing excellent customer service. The associate will ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and displayed according to company standards, while also maintaining a safe and clean work environment. They will also assist with order fulfillment and technology support for members.

Requirements

90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
Manages inventory flow and utilizes equipment appropriately.
Maintains sales floor and merchandising presentation.
Ensures club pick up orders are filled and staged correctly.
Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
Tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services and items.
Identifies and fixes shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas.
Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates effectively.
Helps, develops, and mentors others, recognizing contributions and accomplishments.
