About The Position

The Freight Flow Associate is responsible for managing inventory flow, operating a forklift, and providing excellent customer service. This role ensures the efficient and safe handling of merchandise, maintains the sales floor presentation, and assists members with their needs. The associate will also be involved in fulfilling club pickup orders and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
  • Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
  • Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
  • Manages inventory flow and utilizes equipment appropriately.
  • Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation.
  • Ensures club pickup orders are filled accurately and staged properly.
  • Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
  • Tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
  • Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
  • Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services and items.
  • Identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas.
  • Maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked correctly.
  • Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates effectively.
  • Helps, develops, and mentors others, recognizing contributions and accomplishments.
  • Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
  • Acts in a selfless manner and is consistently humble, self-aware, honest, fair, and transparent.
