About The Position

The Freight Flow Associate is responsible for various tasks related to the movement, stocking, and presentation of merchandise within the facility. This role involves operating equipment like forklifts, ensuring inventory accuracy, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The associate will also assist with online order fulfillment and contribute to a positive team atmosphere, upholding company values and standards.

Requirements

  • 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
  • Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
  • Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies.
  • Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and concerns.
  • Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders.
  • Handles, moves, and displays goods in safe and correct ways.
  • Tracks goods, maintains instock levels, and controls shrinkage.
  • Operates and maintains forklifts in safe and correct ways.
  • Proactively identifies Customers who need help and assists them with Technology services and items.
  • Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
  • Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates with impact.
  • Strengthens the team by helping, developing, and mentoring others.
  • Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
  • Acts in a selfless manner and is consistently humble, self-aware, honest, fair, and transparent.
